‘RUTHLESS’ Ryan Doyle – Local Lad, is he really the underdog?

By 24th October 2018April 27th, 2022High Peak Steels News

Small town boy Ryan Doyle takes on the heavyweights in the industry in an unexpected victory to win the Commonwealth Featherweight Title against the strong favourite Reece Bellotti. Through hardwork, resilience and belief he has something different to offer. He always delivers, a lot like us and never forgets his roots.

Interview with Mark Thornley, MD of High Peak Steels >

“Hi Mark, you’ve made a decision to sponsor Ryan Doyle for the big fight on Saturday October 27, why are you doing this?”

“I was drawn to Ryan’s story, I love many sports and still play competitive Basketball, so when I heard about Ryan’s grit and determination, it connected with my own passion both for winning at sport and the drive it takes to be a winner in business. Ryan’s story connected with our own story, at High Peak Steels, how although from a small town, we grew and fought to win a place with the big hitters.

Ryan is on his journey and secured Featherweight Commonwealth Title in June of this year. With the will to win, the right preparation and support including sponsorship, which he needs more of to go the distance, then he can carry on winning, achieving more and hold onto his Commonwealth Title.

We’re rooting for him this Saturday and believe he’s destined for great things.”

“Mark, thanks for your time and we’ll be watching with all the fans on Saturday.”
